COVID-19 & Prenatal Classes

Classes are still being offered during this time, but virtually over Zoom. Details regarding virtual classes and the link will be emailed to you within a week of the class start date. The prenatal workbook will also be sent to you digitally. 


Prenatal classes are a fun and important way to prepare for the upcoming birth of your baby. Classes are open to you and your support person (price below includes 2 people) and geared towards Midwifery clients. These classes offer information on topics such as: What to expect during the labour, birth, and postpartum period, comfort measures during labour, how the labour partner can provide support, natural pain relief options, what to expect if complications arise,  baby care and more!​

Classes are offered on weeknights and weekends. Below you'll find information on upcoming classes.

As a certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator, and the owner of In Due Time Birth Services, Shelley offers prenatal education classes to prepare expectant parents for labour, birth, and the early parenting period through fun, interactive and hands on classes. Aside from prenatal education, she also provides doula and placenta encapsulation services, and is enormously dedicated to helping parents wade through all the information and misinformation to make informed decisions, to go into their births and parenting with confidence."
